Elana Karp (Cornell Arts and Sciences, '08), VP and Head Chef for Plated, the cook at home delivery service that ships chef-designed recipes and pre-portioned ingredients to your door, is hosting a cooking class and Q&A at their NYC Headquarters to celebrate the release of her cookbook, Plated: Weeknight Dinners, Weekend Feasts, and Everything in Between (Clarkson Potter | May 17th, 2016). The book delves into the world of “choose your own adventure” cooking, with inventive recipes focused on customizable, seasonally driven dishes that you can easily adapt to highlight the season’s freshest produce, the time you have to cook, and the occasion.
Join Elana and Culinary Manager and co-auther Suzanne Dumaine for a cooking class in the Plated Test Kitchen where they’ll demonstrate 3 recipes from their new cookbook and teach you how to fit cooking into your life.
